The initial visit is to determine your basic wants or needs. Then a rough scaled design will be produced so an accurate detailed estimate can be calculated. During this time period we suggest the client come visit some of our local nurseries to develop an extensive list of plants and trees that they like. We suggest at that least 5 trees and 30 shrubs be selected. PLEASE DO NOT WORRY ABOUT IT GROWTH HABITS, SUN EXPOSURES ETC. THAT IS WHERE OUR PROFESSIONALISM COMES INTO PLAY.
Another meeting will be scheduled to go over the rough layout. we will guide you on your tree and shrub selections along with our recommendations to develop the perfect pallet for your landscape project. This meeting will allow us to make any changes you wish, and to go over the detailed proposal. This process can also be done via fax to speed things up if you wish.
At this time you can decide to move forward with the project. Any changes to the design that were made during this meeting will be redrawn and noted on the proposal. If you are required to submit a detailed drawing to an Architectural Review Board, 2-4 copies will be delivered to you for that purpose.
Once these details are handled & the project is ready to move forward we will call you to let you know a start date & approximate finish date. If you prefer being present during the installation, please let us know.
Upon completion of the project, you will be shown how things operate and you will be given a general watering guide. Any questions you may have will be answered at this time, but don’t hesitate to call us if the need arises.
You will also become part of our permanent mailing list. We will send you helpful correspondences throughout the year as specific maintenance practices should be completed.
